What I really want to find is an RSS feed that will keep me up to date on my soap opera, but I didn't find anything to match when I searched the websites listed. Guess I should suggest to ABC that they add that feature!

You are not limited to sites that are listed in those directories. Any site that has a feed will work. I found this site using a google search: http://www.soaps.com/
I tried adding it to my Google Reader and it worked.
